Custom Design
Quick, Easy, Yours
How it works (2–4 weeks, start to finish).
Design your partner’s ring your way—by call, video, in-person, or messages. Browse our Ready to Ship for ideas, send references, or start from scratch. The process is transparent from first hello to final sparkle.
1) Explore & Share Inspiration
Browse Ready to Ship to see what’s possible.
Send us any reference photos or notes (shape, setting, metal, budget, timeline).
Prefer guidance? We’ll suggest designs that fit your story and budget.
2) Connect Your Way
Choose what’s easiest: phone call, virtual meeting, in-person, or email/messages.
In 10–15 minutes we’ll confirm style, budget, timeline, and next steps.
3) Design & Quote (CAD Preview)
We translate your ideas into a CAD design (professional 3D drawing) and provide a clear quote.
We’ll refine the design with your feedback until it feels right.
What you’ll see: angles, proportions, stone size options, and size-look tips.

4) Approval & Production
Love the CAD? We source an independently graded lab-grown diamond (IGI or GIA), lock your specs, and begin crafting.
We’ll keep you posted with simple milestone updates.

5) Delivery & The Yes
Your ring is finished, inspected, and shipped insured in a keepsake box—ready for the moment.
You’ll receive your grading report and care guide.

Timeline
Most customs: 2–4 weeks from design approval.
Need it sooner? Tell us your date—we’ll see what’s possible.
