AAdoring Refund & Exchange Policy 

At AAdoring, every piece is crafted with care and intention. Most of our jewelry is made to order, especially for you. Because of this, we offer a limited return window with clear guidelines to ensure fairness for both our clients and our artisans.

Return Eligibility

Made-to-Order Engagement Rings & Wedding Bands

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery
  • A 15% restocking fee applies for refunds to the original payment method
  • Prefer store credit? You’ll receive the full purchase amount — no restocking fee

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

  • Not eligible for refunds to the original payment method
  • Eligible for store credit only

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Earrings
  • Eternity bands (full-around designs)
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items that have been previously exchanged, resized, or modified
  • Ready-to-ship pieces (refunds not available — store credit only)

These pieces may only be returned for repair if a verified manufacturing defect is found.

Ring Resizing

If your ring doesn’t fit — no stress 🤍

We offer one complimentary ring resizing within the first 12 months of purchase for engagement rings and wedding bands.

To request a resizing, please email sales@aadoring.com and our team will provide instructions.
Additional resizing requests beyond the first year may be subject to a fee.

How to Request a Return

All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking).

To begin a return:

  1. Email sales@aadoring.com with your order number
  2. We’ll review your request and send return instructions
  3. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving instructions

Conditions for Returned Items

Returned pieces must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Shipped fully insured, with tracking and signature required

Please note:

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
  • AAdoring is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are fully refundable
  • After 24 hours, cancellations follow the standard return policy outlined above
