Shipping Policy

At AAdoring, every piece is prepared with care, precision, and intention. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.


Order Processing & Production Time

Because most AAdoring pieces are made to order, please allow time for production before shipment.

Made-to-Order Engagement Rings & Wedding Bands

  • Production time: 2–4 weeks

  • This includes stone setting, quality checks, and final inspection

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

  • Ship within 2–5 business days

Production timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to supplier availability. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All AAdoring orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Canada

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days once shipped

United States

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days once shipped

International Orders

  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days once shipped

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
  • Complimentary shipping may be offered during promotions or special events

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure:

  • Your shipping address is entered correctly
  • Someone is available to sign for the package

AAdoring is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

All shipments are insured until marked as delivered by the courier.

  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact sales@aadoring.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
  • Once a package is marked as delivered, AAdoring is not responsible for theft or loss

Courier delays, customs holds, or weather-related interruptions are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.


Shipping for Returns & Resizing

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items
  • All return or resizing shipments must be fully insured, tracked, and require a signature
  • AAdoring is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Address Changes & Order Accuracy

Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing an order.
Once an order enters production or ships, changes cannot be made.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting.


Proposal Date Disclaimer

While we do our very best to meet estimated production and delivery timelines, AAdoring does not guarantee delivery by a specific proposal date, event date, or special occasion.

Production times, shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays are outside of our control and may impact delivery timelines.

We strongly recommend allowing additional time beyond estimated timelines when ordering for proposals, anniversaries, or important events.

AAdoring is not responsible for delays and cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or compensation due to missed proposal dates or event timelines.
